I attended a day course with a diverse group of people; volunteer hospital car drivers, music shop staff, charity workers, teachers et al!! I really enjoyed the training session, it was very informative, delivered with great confidence, really well resourced and allowed plenty of time for a variety of practical and thinking tasks. Helen was very professional and knowledgeable and delivered the course with humour and sensitivity and answered all of the questions posed really thoroughly.

Dear Helen

We just wanted to say how reassuring it was to have you providing our first aid cover on our Open Farm Sunday. From discussing our needs with you to having you there, with your well stocked 'first aid chest'and tent, meant that we didn't have to worry at all about any of our guests - we knew they would be in safe hands if they needed anything. Your advice was so helpful.

We also want to say a big thank you for staging the CPR short refresher training and doing the wonderful 'mock-up' injuries for the kids. Our feedback forms from the day show that they thoroughly enjoyed learning about first aid and that you made it 'come to life' in a real setting - the kids loved it! Covering these things in the way you did, in a farm setting was quite inspirational!
